Endless Headaches

For a long time now, so long I can't remember life being different, I get a headache at some point in the day. Previously before I got glasses I got very bad migraines regularly, but since getting the glasses the severe migraines are rare, but lesser headaches still plague me. Day after day it seems a mild throbbing not so bad that I have to put my head down, often I don't even take any Excedrin for it, saving that for the bigger headaches. Does anyone share in this problem and have any home remedies they could suggest? I try to avoid pumping myself full of drugs, right now I use things like ice packs, and sniffing peppermint to help me avoid having to take pills.

I am so glad to hear you say your avoiding the medications!!!! here is the cure to all your problems the only thing is you have to find the right person to do it. Find someone whom can give a good deep tissue massage to your feet. your headache problems are a result of something and since drs are so dump about simple things you really just need someone who can apply a good amount of pressure to your feet and release the toxins which are causing your head to hurt. Good thing your not a female cause they would make you start your period..lol lol but on the mans side your lucky!!!!! Honestly though a little lotion and a good long deep tissue massage and wha la you will feel better then you have for a while and your headache will dissapear. if you have been really stressed it may be something someone will have to do for a few days or every other day for a little bit to work the toxins out of your system but i promise you it will remove your headache!!

Sounds easy enough to try. My girlfriend occasionally gets headaches as well hers seem to get better with some back or shoulder rubs. We've never tried the feet as of yet. If rubbing the feet releases the toxins does it come out as sweat or does it go into your blood stream as something you can get rid of (pee)?

Good for you in finding alternative remedies.
Unfortunately, I can offer you little on what exactly your condition is. But I certainly know how you feel because I had severe migraines when I was a kid that lasted years and I was only like 9 or 10 years old when they began. I still have no idea what caused them and I grew up in a family where using medicine was something that we rarely brought up unless you had a flu or were dying so I just never thought to bring it up to my parents but I joked about it to my brothers and sisters that I had a brain tumor, hey, I was a kid. But it was so bad and never would I want that for anyone, pain to the point where just movement would send throbbing in my head and I wonder if I wasnt drinking enough water, we never drank soda growing up but drank tea, just dont know.
I thank my lucky stars that now I rarely ever get headaches and the last headache was in 90 degree weather and I was taking a long walk with the stroller but I try to maintain hydrated as much as possible. I do not automatically use headache medicine though because it just numbs and I dont see that as much as a solution and thank my parents for instilling this in me, my fathers parents are even more old school where they didnt even have a vcr or cable and the tv only came on strictly for the news.
