Roommate pockets rent money....

So I live with 2 other dudes. Our rent was $750.00. The land lord sold the house. Now we have a new landlord. So the last 2 month we have been living in our house with no lease. We just made a verbal agreement with the old landlord until all the paper work was finished. The new landlord is bringing over a lease soon. Last month my roommate and I gave the other roommate money for the rent. Well come to find out he only gave the landlord $50.00. This means he did not pay rent himself and he took $400.00 dollars of ours and put it in his pocket. Yeah he is a theif. So I guess I wsa wondering if anyone had $100.00 to bail me out of jail when I punch him in the face. lol Not really but i should. Noone else knows that I know about it yet. I went to the old landlords house and had him make me copy of the receipts. So I thik I'm going to tell the other roommate about it and just sit around the house and call him a theif all night long until he either leaves or trys to attack me. I will not touch him unless he does first. I am not going to jail becasue someone stole from me. Nothing worse than a theif!!
