HELP!how to change the picture?

HI , friends , I need your help . Since I am a new comer here , I knew a little about mylot function . Yet , I want to change the picture on left side , below my name . Though I tried a lot , I still could not find out how to change it . Can you help me ? Thank you ! Thank you so much !

There are lot of discussions in mylot about changing the picture. You can use the search box on the top and you will find a lot of answers for your questions.
any way, the first answer will help you. just go to the preference page and you will see the option to change the avatar.
check for duplicate discussions before starting discussions using the search box. If the discussions are too old, then no problem.
