I am frequently calling the CSR of my cellphone provider because of their wrong charges on my phone and one time i have talked to a CSR which do not really know what will he tell me he said to do this then he will say "oh i am sorry ma'am this should be done and not the other one" then he will change again what he said just a while ago..i got irritated in him and really asked him if he really knows what he is saying to me..and another thing that irritates me is they still continue to charge me of the promos i never joined too..i always call them but i think they do not really process all of my reclaims...have you experienced the same thing? what do you do in cases like this? switch to another network?

my aunt changed her network recently (she's using our network too lol) like for example she'll buy a 100 card or 50 load, she will just send 5 text messages, then when she checked her balance, it's already zero or check operator service lol i guess this happens to her not only once, not only twice or thrice, but always! she also made a report about it but she haven't receive any feedback, that's why she changed her network to ..... lol

in my case i really have no problem with globe's services my boyfriend is the one having problems and he hates calling CSR so i am the one calling and i always get irritated to their answers..they had refunded the load that was "eaten" but they can't do anything to stop his load from being "eaten" and that is what really pissed me off.

I have experience that one with the csr of a bank and to a internet provider. I even shouted at her ignorance of thier product and ask if I can talk to someone who can gave me a good answer but then the csr denied my request and insist that she'll fix everything. But the question is how can she fix something she does not know?
I suggest that you get the name, date, and time when you call thier csr then write a letter of your problem then send that to thier office. Also ask for a refund of your payments due to thier wrong charges. That's what I do and luckily I get my refund.

I get irritated by them all the time. I think that the ones I dont like the most aer the ones htat are asking for too much information. I know they are jsut doing their job but it gets on my nerves, plus when I multi billion dollar company wont give you a break on a bill gets on my nerves too. I hav eto keep repeating to myself, they are just doing their job, just doing their job.

Well those CSR are in only the call center agents hired by the company. They in fact do not really care! And I hate talking to them because I know there is no use wasting time with them. That is the very reason why whatever gimmicks these cellphone providers are texting to me like free ringtones, free logos etc, etc. or what ever I am not even reading them I just delete them one after the other because I've learned so much from my friends how their loads get automatically deducted just because they subscribed with the freebies they are offering. I know there is always a catch in whatever freebies they are texting so in order not get the inconvenience I just delete those messages from them.

This has happened to me several times and I get angry, upset and honestly its just not worth it. So now I continuously just keep calling back and speaking to several representatives hoping they will be able to assist me but when they cannot or start contradicting themselves then I ask to speak to their supervisor and then the supervisors supervisor until I finally get someone who can help me.

Yes. I frequently get irritated at CSRs. Mostly because a lot of people these days can't speak english very well or have really thick accents and so I can't understand what they are saying. But another thing that I get mad about is that they really never have any idea what they are doing. They have no idea how anything works at all. It is so annoying. You would think that it is always everyones first day on the job. I never call about things like that any more. I always just talk to people in person. I think it is a lot easier. What network are you on by the way?

Yeah, just a few weeks ago, my internet provider cut my connection due to unpaid bills. So I broke every piggy bank in my house and collected a sum equal to my bills. As soon as I paid my bills, I called the customer support line for a reconnection. And to my dismay, they did not connect it that day due to some infos not passed to me. SO i had to return to their office for rechecking. The thing is, the operator doesn't know a thing.

haha.. I guess u are not the only one facing with this problem.. MOst ple who called to speak to custiomer service officer, will tend to face the same thing.. Because the attitude of the CSR, is that, no matter how, customers can only scold them and complained over the phone, we as customers will never get to see their face.. PLus, those CSR will never give their names when they are serving u, thus, we are never gonna get them, as when we call again, we wun be able to get back to the same person.. And thus, those CSR attitude is the worse among all service sectors..
I did faced one of this situation b4, and what i did was keep trying and calling back till i get back to same CSR whom spooke to me, and he was surprised to hear my voice again.. lol

Yah, but it was because she put me on hold for a long time. Maybe because their system is so slow that she could find the answer to my query right away. I felt really irritated then. But I got the answer.

I have dealt with this mulitple times. It is frustrating because you would think these people do training to know how to do their job and they cant. But usually when I get super mad and frustrated I will hang up, calm down and call and talk to a different agent.

sometimes i just hang up sand i call back to speak with someone different. or i call to speak with a supervisor and i let them know that they need to train their csr because they could lose alot of customers like that.

Actually, I really meet with such conditions in deed especially monopoly industry. There are so many boring and complicated processings to deal with a small problem we meet with. They will ask me to go this office, that office, go here, there, sign this paper, that paper and so forth.
Actually, it is really boring in deed

all the time. I am hearing impaired and inevitably get ahold of someone I cannot understand. I have also gotten ahold of rude people and wonder how they got thier job.

I think we have all had to deal with one cell phone company or another. The one that I had to deal with is sprint. To be honest the better business bureau of America should close these people down as they never answer your questions and keep you on hold for hours if they can. I used to have a cell phone with them and when I went to cancel their service it took about 30 minutes to just do that. After that I received a bill and called to inquire as the charges should not have been made. I was put on hold for atleast three hours and finally told the person the heck with it and went to eat supper with my fiance and his family. One lady was rude and hung up on me. I can understand that a call center job has to be a very hard job to deal with, but this company has gone beyond the call of duty to be very rude indeed! If that service is provided in your area, never use it. Luckily it's not provided in my own area, and when I get another cell phone I will be going with a much more preferrd and nicer company. good luck to you have and have a wonderful and lovely day!

sometime before and the most recent was when i called the CSR of my internet provider. the first agent was nice but sounds inaccurate in his details so i called again and spoke to a lady who spoke worse in details. she gave me different options and information. so i called again. the third agent gave me another information but close to what the past two agents gave me. I know i sounded irate during my second customer but i played nice in the end when i noticed she had her composure all the time. hehehe..

Well I really got annoyed once at my network provider when my credits were all of a sudden disappeared because of subscribing in an unlimited texting service. I lost about P20 and of course I kept on following it up until I just gave up and got tired of it. I just hope we could file complaints to some CSRs who pass you from one to another.
