She hung up the phone on me,What a Customer Service!

no one has hung up on me but i dislike customer service as whenever i call i hear a taped soundTHE LINE IS BUSY.PLEASE CALL LATER.

Maybe someone on here could tell me if they have experience this online company called BARGAINONE (www.bargainone.com). A while back I signed up for the online auction service. I liked what they provided but later I didn't need them. So I called to cancel my account. The lady told me that it would be cancelled in 24 hours. So I thought thats good. I went back a month ago to look at my bank account, and they were still taking money out of my account. Its only $27.80 but still, they were going into my account and taking money out after I cancelled the membership account. So I called them and I told them what happened and the lady had a nasty attitude. I politely asked her to give me a refund or reverse the charges and she said that she doesn't handle that and that someone will give me a call within 48 hours. I waited 48 hours and no one called me. So I called back and they told me the same thing. And some other lady hung up on me. I was really upset. At this point, I am thinking "oh my gosh, I am victim of a scam". I kept calling and calling and you know what they told me. That are just an anwering service and that they do not know who bargainone is even though they are affiliated with them and they have the same phone number. I am reporting them to consumer affairs and the better busines bureau. And if anybody is going online for auction, DO NOT GO TO CARSFOR500.COM OR BARGAINONE.COM. They are thieves and their customer services is appalling.

I also experience bad customer service, but I'm a patient person so i really did not put a big deal on it. But wait till i got irritated they will see who their talking to.

I have never had anyone hang up on me. Truth be told, I have wanted to hang up on some people sometimes ;) but I never do. I try to have good customer service on both sides of it, but sometimes the other person just works your nerves. ;)
