have you ever seen a 5 year old kid smoking?

i was walking along the streets when i saw a lot of kids laughing and teasing each other, but 2 boys have caught my attention, oh no they are smoking! Then i have asked how old they were, one boy said he is 7 and the other is just five. is this really the reality of the world today? i've ask them how come they know how to do it?, the boy said they saw it from their father, they are thinking it is just fine to do it since their father is did it too. is it follow what i say and do not follow what i do?Is it nice to show them doing this stuff without telling them what's the effect of it? can you share to me,how to handle this kind of situation?
