No wonder it's so hard to learn English! Just consider these sentences: "The bass guitar player had grilled bass for dinner.""I dove after the wounded dove, but it flew away.""The archer took a bow before shooting his bow."

No, they confuse me.
But if they diddnt exist, we'd have to have EVEN MORE words to remember so.
