My credit card was take out $3.9 USD by paypal!

Hello,everybody! Now I need your help. sever month ago,I tried connected my credit card with my paypal and this time the paypal take out $1.95 from my card .but I didn't know how to find out the last 4 code from my reckoning.because my credit card has not registered net service.
For the sake of connect my credit card with the paypal .I registered my credit card net service .and then I load my paypal page and connect the card again! so my card was take out money again.In other words .My credit card was take out $3.9 USD!
So my question is paypal will return all my money when I can draw money from mylot?or just return my $1.95 USD ?

I'm not sure what happened here, did they take money from money you received or did they just take money without any activity in your account?
When you have a premier account paypal takes fees whenever you receive an amount of money in your account, this could've happened.
If that's not the case I would contact paypal support and check the FAQ.

I was just connecting my paypal with my credit card .you know every card will take money by paypal and they will return it after you connect your credit card successfully. because my mistake paypal take out money twice from my account.I am not sure they can return all my money or not.

I see, I would try to contact paypal on this matter.
I guess if they take it twice they can return it twice too but they would have to know about it. In the worst case they'll refund just one and say it's your own fault, but it would be worth the try to contact the support. Take care!

Hi dear paypal will deduct 1.95$ when you try to be a verified member and will give you the 4 digit code which you can find in the statements which you will be receiving monthly.But the thing is that you have done twice which should not have been done.Well what you can do now is that call to the customer care of the bank where you are holding the credit card and give them all the details and ask them the 4 digit code they will tell you but again this is at your own risk.Paypal never suggest you to call the customer care.This is againt the TOS but when there is no alternative you can do call them and ask the four digit code.When you enter the four digit code paypal will revert the 1.95$ which they have reverted to my account. There's no connection between mylot and paypal and the question you have asked i could not understand please frame it in a way where others can understand a bit quickly and easily. Cheers MOIN.

I know your means and I can find out the 4 digit code from my net bank of credit card .so there is no necessary to call the customer care about it .I know all the operate details .
Well ,my question is whether the paypal will reture all the money which they deduct twice ($1.95+$1.95) or not ? or just return the last time of deduct money($1.95)?

Hello ,I consider that I had already expressed my means clearly .but it is apparent that many person still can't understand the meaning.
My credit card was deduct $3.9 USD by the paypal when I conncet them together .but not $1.95 USD.
So I am worring about that wheather paypal will return all my $3.9 USD or not! are you clear? my friends.
