Where you live, is there a motorcycle helmet law?

i think there is always a helmet wearing law but the problem is not in every place is not strick. a lot of people are dying here at our country due to not wearing helmets when motorbiking. the law said that people should wear helmet but they are not the strick on implimenting the law. so a lot of people are hard headed. they dont follow the law as long as no one is looking.

i live in Arizona..and there is no helmet law IF you are over 18 years of age. anybody younger and they have to wear the helmet, which is just a good thing to do for kids.
