Whenever I am more quiet than usual my family and boyfriend will generally ask me what's wrong. Most of the time nothing is wrong and I will tell them that. Well, if I continue to be quiet they continue to ask me what's wrong. Once this occurs I start to get really irritated that they won't leave me alone and then something is wrong! LOL I know they are only trying to help and they're concerned I'm upset about something but sometimes I'm just more quiet than usual and can't help it! Does anyone else experience something like this with your loved ones?

I am quite most of the time. So they didn't worry why I'm being silent.
It's my sister who is very talkative. She always talk anything under
the sun. There are times that she is unusually quite. Then we will start
to worry and ask her why? Just like you, she will get irritated if we ask
her. Then she will go to her room and locked the door. After one hour she
will be back again in her old self. That's my weird sister.

Hi my friend,
I know exactly what your talking about and it happens to me all the time too. It makes me soooo irritated!!! It's like: just leave me alone and I'll be fine!!
Why do they do that?? Like you said, they are probably just trying to be helpful and are concerned, but when you tell them you are fine, why can't they believe you???
Sometimes I'm just thinking and there is no problem at all. Then they interrupt my thoughts!!

I agree, if they left us alone and stopped bothering us we will probably be fine in no time. At least much faster than if they kept harping on us about it.

Is it strictly a husband thing for you or do other members of your family do it? It's mostly my boyfriend that does it, but sometimes my mom and sister can get in on the annoying fun too.
