I have a good news. I am very free right now and the worst part is that, I am sitting in the office, doing nothing. My boss is on a month leave and there's not much work to do. The whole morning I was logged in here and managed to clear up my Inbox. That's a good news too for me as I was far behind here not long ago - I had like 900 discussions to read and respond. But alas, I feel bored now and waiting for my next notification to pop up. Oh, yes! I don't have any in my Inbox except for the my Spam folder. How unlucky I am for not being able to respond here while I am free *sighs* Maybe you will see more discussions from me right from now on.... Happy Mylotting to all of you out there!

It's bad that you are not getting more discussions to respond. But you are having good time i think since you don't have the workload. I hope you find lots of discussions now & for the whole month

I MUST find more discussions to respond to as I want to get my payout end of this month *laughs* I just feel lazy to explore other pages of MyLot except responding through my e-mail notification. I have decided to start many new discussions and hopefully, you will be one of those friends who will respond to me *winks*

I have turned the notifications on for you. so if you start a discussion i get notified within a few minutes. I am waiting for that discussion. I have got this but i still have not got that on yet.

Hello gabbana,
I managed to clear up all my friends' discussions and posted more discussions. I have another two weeks to enjoy my freedom. My boss will be back in the first week of Sept and I do believe he has a lot of work for me. I better make use of my free time for good including mylotting here *smiles*

Hello 34momma,
I was addicted to MyLot when I just started a year ago. When I get busy, I have to forget MyLot for awhile. I always find it's hard to mylotting during my office hours. Since the boss is not around, this is the best time for me to fully spending my time here *smiles*

Hello checapricorn,
*Laughs* This is one of my happiest moments spending time in the office! My boss is really a particular person and whenever he sees me a bit free, he will definitely come near and ask me to help him with something. We always have a miscommunication as he speaks Japanese only and I speak English only. It always like a war of words ....he he he! Oh, well! Well! I am happy, friend!

ha ha ha ha ha... that happens to me from time to time as well.
In the situation where I managed to clear my inbox of notifications, I will look for things to discuss.
There are a million and one things to write about.
If I really cannot find anything worth discussing, then I would work on my blog.
I love those free periods at work. It really gives me a chance to breath from the super busy times that happens every now and then.
And coming here to mylot to breath is something I always look forward to.

Thanks for your response. I am having the super busy days now and that's the reason why it has been quite some times for me to appear here. I love the time when I can do whatever I want but it is very, very rare occasion. Like you, being here is one of my greatest moments too

It's a wonderful feeling to be free,isn't it?.To make your free time really worth why don't go to other sites while waiting for your email notifications.It would be more fun i think than just waiting you will probably get bored and would feel sleepy.

For me, I am so far behind right now when it comes to the Friend notifications, etc. I have been so busy lately my time in here has been so limited. Good to hear that you were able to catch up on these for once.

Thanks for your response. I have been busy since the past three months and only managed to log in here to check and read the discussions. I am glad that this whole week I will be free again and I think I am going to catch up with more than 1000 notifications. I missed my friends here and the friendly environment!

I've always looked forward to that kind of lull on the job. It would enable me to organize my office, clean my files, clean my office really well, maybe even find a surface to my desk with no papers on it!

*Laughs* Thanks for your advice. I already brought few novels and magazines with me on the first day he was not around. I just feel so happy since I never experienced this before. I always busy until I don't even have time to drink my coffee in the morning. Sometimes, I just forget about my breakfast. But, for this month...I have a complete three meals a day! *smiles*

This is the time that I have been waiting for! I seldom get so much freedom like this! But like you said, sometimes I feel a bit boring too...nothing to do *sighs* Anyway, I am going to utilize my free time before he comes back next month. When he is around, my working life will be upside down again...

Wow, it sounds like you must have had a lot of free time to catch up on 900 discussions from myLot. I can't stand it when I have over 50 at one time! I can't imagine being able to do myLot during work hours. You must have quite a job.

I always busy but since my boss took leave two weeks ago (for a month vacation), I was very free *smiles* I have another two weeks to be here during my office hours *smiles* Anyway, I managed to clear up all my notifications and I just have like 10 new notifications right now. Good huh?

Maybe you need to have more friends on your list and have all of their notify buttons
on. I have 100 friends on my list and I want to keep it around that number so I can
be fair to all of my friends, and respond to mostly their discussions.
I also like to respond to the mylot digest discussions as they are usually easy to
respond to, that is why they made it to the digest, a lot of responses from other
members.
I have over 4000 emails in my email box and I respond to some of the new ones just posted
and then I go to the oldest ones and start responding to those ones. This way I am
re-activating the older discussions and then they get more exposure and hopefully
more responses so the person who posted the discussion will make more money for it.

Thanks for your response. I am pretty busy with my work schedules right now and really can't spend much time here. I am glad that friends still remember me whenever I respond to them. It has been almost three or four month since the last time I started my own discussion. I read your response when I got it but has to keep it first before I managed to comment. I worked in an office a long time ago, when there was no internet, and I used to hate it when there was not much work to do. The time would really drag and I would much rather have been really busy.
Now I work at home and even though I do have plenty to do I still spend time reading my notifications and taking part at myLot.
I hope you enjoy your free time and you can now get some good discussions started as well as responding to your notifications.

You can use the time constructively if you are interested in writing. Think of starting your own blogs and submitting articles to other sites which pay. Happy to know that you are interested to respond more in myLot. Happy myLotting.

Sorry to make you confused! I am working with a private company here and since my boss is on a month holiday, I have less workload *smiles* I am pretty busy most of the times, whenever he is around and when he told me that he's going to take a month holiday ... Wow! That's really a great news for me! I don't really have a chance to spend more time here as I have a very tight schedules. Free time like this is a very rare occasion for me!

I used to be busy and when I have nothing to do, I feel lost sometimes *smiles* I am waiting for this for a long time and very glad that my particular boss is not around. When he comes back next month, I am pretty sure he will make me to work 'hard' *laughs* I should be happy for the time being until I get busy again *smiles*
