my manger is unfair person

hi all mylot's friends i wanna take your openion in somthing what you are going to do with your manger if you fell that he dosn't fell at all with your work although you are avery hard worker actually i have a very big load this days in my work and my manger belive that i can do all that work i gonna do it but you know when you fell that you made somthing good but ther is no approciation even no thanks word it's avery bad felling not only in work but in all life situation would you say that it's unfair or keep silent untill he fell or you will leave your work i leaved my work twice for tha same reason

Hi friend. 'Would like to ask you first this question: Did you work to please your boss or you just work just because you love your work. Our work life must not depend on who are we working for. Let's just o our job and that's it. With or without appreciation. Our sense of contentment must not depend on a person because we cannot control them. What we can control is ourselves so we better deal with our own, be happy, be contented, and I tell you, everything will be alright no matter what. =)

Yeah. It is bad and I am sorry for you.But that is no reason to leave the work. If u want success u need to cope with all sorts of people. My experiences with my past manager helped me in devoloping good relations with my new one.

hi mally i have the same probmle with my manger he have a promble with women and im getting sick of him.im lose for words when it com to him.he make me sick

it may sound very cliche but i think that you should know how to appreciate yourself first and foremost. the more you think of your bosses doubt in such a negative light, the less likely you'll probably be at finishing that said workload. meanwhile, if you think of it as a challenge, then you'll have more of a motivation to finish and finish well
