I Am In Shock!

Well, it's approximately 8:15 a.m., in my part of the world, and I'm not even usually online this early. In fact next to never. This morning however, I've been awake since after 5:00, but that's another story. I had something that had to be taken care of at 7:00, and decided not to go back to sleep, so here I am. Maybe there's 'another reason' for my being downstairs, and wide awake this early.
My life of late has been somewhat of a nightmare, and I'm beginning to wonder when I'll wake up. A few minutes ago, I heard a very familiar sound coming from outside. The sound compelled me to look out my front window. I couldn't believe what I saw! I still can't believe it. I have no idea what to do next, or even what to expect now.
I'm sorry once again, that I'm being so cryptic. I just had to start this discussion, because hearing from my dear friends here, as well as others, often has a calming affect on me. I really need to be here right now. Thanks everyone.
Have you ever received such a shock that it left you reeling?
Was the situation resolved quickly, and if so how?
Were you able to 'make peace' with the final outcome?

Thanks so much. I feel so sad for Morag, and wish there was something I could do. How is her back pain affecting her eyes, or is there something else wrong too?

Thanks so much, Margaret. Things have been rough for the past couple of weeks, and there are a couple of ongoing problems. It's very reassuring to me, that I have wonderful, caring friends here, like you. xxx
By the way, how's Morag doing? Please send her my love. Thanks.

I dont think ive never been shocked by anything that much. You got me curious what it could be lol. It takes something really major to shock me. Well the storm that took my trampline to the next yard did shock me a little cause of the power the winds had.

Hi minnie,
I'd be shocked by a storm like that too. If you read the other few responses here, you'll see that the matter I'm speaking of, has had the police involved. I don't feel comfortable discussing the specifics of it (at this time), but do appreciate your sharing here. Thanks.

Well if you needed to involve the police it must be scary. I hope all is good and gets worked out soon. I can definatly understand why you wouldnt want to talk about it on an open website for everyone to read. Glad to read it sounds like you at least have someone you can talk to about it. My ears are also always available if you ever need to just vent to someone or talk.

Thanks so much minnie. I'm sorry that I didn't read this before now, as there's something wrong with my notifications (again). It has been quite scary, with many ups and downs (so far).

I'd be interested to hear what suspicions you have. Please send an e-mail, if you get the chance. Thanks. I'll continue to be careful, as there are some new developments regarding this. Hugs.

yes lots of shocks send me reeling, I was sitting down having coffee with the man next door and he just came out and told me he was moving, by the end of the month, I never even knew he was looking. I know he was fighting with the landlord but he told me he was going to stay.
I will miss him greatly, I am sick about it already

Hi winterose,
Unfortunately, I've had far too many shocks for my liking, of late. I'm very sorry to hear about your neighbour moving, as I believe I saw a discussion of yours, stating what a great help he's been to you. I'm sorry I didn't get to that discussion, as my myLotting has been very sporadic these days, with all that's been going on with me. Thanks so much for sharing here. Take care.

I'm 'almost sure' it's what you think it is. I'm trying and trying to get in touch with you, but I think there's something wrong with your phone. Your machine isn't picking up. I hope we can still talk today.

I'm hanging in here, and the police are already involved, and have been for a couple of weeks. It's an ongoing situation. Thanks so much for your e-mail, and you will here from me ASAP. I'm sorry to hear about the experiences that you've had. Your concern and hugs mean a lot to me. Big hugs to you too.
