I'm not sure how many people will have heard of this alternative health concept.
I spent many months looking in to these substances and could only find good feedback regarding them.
There was even info advising that these were being used in cancer care with great effect.
Now I looked at looked for detrimental info prior to deciding to try something myself.
I bought ruthenium believing everything I had read about this.
I only took it a few times as my lifestyle doesn't best place me to receive all of the benefits.
Several months later a friend of mine sent me to the educate yourself website containing detrimental info about these substances.
Never being one to believer immediately, I started another search. This time to my horror I found numerous sites with info to explain why I shouldnt take this.
Now I've ummed and ahhed, I've read both good and bad personal experiences on the internet. My mind if far from made up. Thought one things that sticks in my head is if it is too good to be true then in probably is.....
My father having worked with metals looked at me in disbelief when I told him that I had bought ruthenium, he explained it was a highly volatile metals and could be construed as being radio active.
The jury is out in my mind and I'm seeking people that have had an experience with this to share their info.
I belief its possible with the internet that not all these stories are true and this would be a better place to get a more truthful idea of what people really think of this?
