What is the biggest mistake that you notice in a movie?

Yesterday I was watching Mrs. Doubtfire and has a scene that Robin Williams is preparing tea as Mrs. Doubtfire and his wig gets out of the place while trying to find a mask for his face. He puts his face inside the refrigerator and when he gets out his wig is in perfect place. LOL

I had noticed a bug in a famous movie--the pirates of the Caribbean.our captain Jack had a head accessory,but the brand is ADIDAS.How fasion our captain!

I think Ben Hur is one the notorious for balls-ups; there's the famous chariot race scene, where one of the competitors is wearing a wristwatch, shots of the chariot's undercarriage shows where it's been arc-welded, and one dialogue scene you can distinctly hear motorbikes in the background. Kinda impressive for Roman Times ;)
