What Do You Usually Order In A Bar? and Why Is This So?

during my younger years, i used to go to the bar with group of friends. we weren't really party goers but we once in a while hung out by the comedy bars, some with live bands, and some other. but, seldom that we girls drink because i personally can't take even a single shot. and so, whenever i go out i only settle with my favorite green mango shake with appetizing baked scallops. LOL. what a combination, isn't it? luckily it doesn't hurt my tummy.

i am afraid the word most suits to me is 'away'. when i was in university of China i spended mostly nights in the bars, pubs and clubs. Because it was my part-time job. i am a sax player.
