What u do to smash stress ?

Well I usually bottle it all up and then explode and cry for hours on end haha not healthy way to release the stress.

Ganesh,
I've found a few things that help. If i'm alone, then meditating or watching TV has helped me take my mind off stress. However there is nothing like being with or talking to friends when it comes to wanting to get my self of a stressed up state of mind.

We can do the following:
1. Listen light instrumental music.
2. Write our problem, fold this paper and burn
3. Do singing
4. Meditation
5. Join a spritual group
6. Read good books
7. Watch comedy and other light movies
8. Laugh
9. Yog Nidra
10. etc.etc.
