What color is your couch?

And what do you like or dislike about the color?
We have white couches, and they drive me nuts. Things are constantly spilled on them and we're constantly trying to keep them clean. I got an uphoulstery cleaner for my birthday, which has made them a bit more pleasant. They look great in the room and are comfy, but they're soooo much work!

Well we have a three piece suite, it was given to us about a year ago, it was in fantastic condition when we had it. It is green, in between pale and dark with patterns on the cushions. It is niceish. It does the job if you know what I mean, but it will not fit in with my new idea for the living room next year.
If I get to buy a brand new one next year, it will be the first time that I have ever had a brand new couch ever!!

I have also a light yellow coloured couch and face the same problem. I think having a light colour couch is a headache. If someone is spoiling it you can not say no but it spoils te whole thing. So I think I should get a dark coloured couch or cover them with a dark coloured cover. This is the only solution.

I was thinking about making some light colored covers for the cushions (they get dirtiest fast) so I can just take them off and wash them while still saving the original uphoulstery.

We've got a couch and a love seat -- the love seat is mine! I like purple, so I can definitely understand that.

Our couch is a blend of brown/tan/beige kinda colors. It is a very old couch, and we are getting a new one..soon i hope. We found one that is a brick kinda of color maybe a bit more brown to it, but its one solid color..we aer paying on it on layaway through a family owned furniture store nearby..hopefully we will have it in the next cpl months.

Ours are both black. They can't be stained and match most anything. Works great for me!

You'd be able to see the cat hair, if we had black couches! 
The no-stain thing would definitely be a plus, though.

Well I have two light tanned couchs one is a loveseat actually and I even have the chair that goes with them.
