First Love

Lisa, Many excellent writers and poets have tried to describe the feel of love. That "first love" starts a fire that never gets put out, thank goodness! That is "the power of love"! You have wonderful memories and ? maybe some tiny doubt is hanging around in your mind about how you really feel about your husband??? That's just something that hit my head when I read this, sorry! If your feelings are getting in your way, confront them or him and have a talk about yesterday and then todays love may show you it's own dance. Life is too short, live and be happy!

it is said that you can't never forget the first love. actually it is the first time you experience that nice feeling of being loved and be in love. its the time you learn what love is. may be its the reason

Because it is your first love,experience to be love and kiss,and happy moment together,my first love is still my friend now we been friend because the feeling we had before as a lover is gone already and we both accept that we are not meant each other.I think i cant forgot about it coz that is one of my happiest moment in my life.Oh i remember when i see him i start to feel nervous my hand starting to get cold hehe.I think first love is a part of your life even where you go or when you get married.

yes, first love is so pure and wonderful that we couldn't forget it at all. My first love still happeed in hign school.we even didn't tounch a finger.But I feel I miss him every minute in that moment. My face turned rosy red and heart beated very quick when I saw him each time.we love eachother,but we did't say it.I know he loved me from his friends. We told eachother the love feeling after we entered the niversity.but it's impossible for us to become lovers for the long distance.so we become friends.and best wishes for him.Now I have job and BF,but we still keep in tounch.

i belive in first love. i had a crush when i was in school and she is still with me.i feel that i m so lucky.

First love is so memorable that is why it never leaves you. All the first usually happens on that period. Not only the first time you feel loved and being in-love, but your fist kiss, your fist holding hands, your first hug, and whatever first related to having a relationship.

I think it is unhealthy to harbour thoughts about your first love and you are married. My first love live next door me and I does not harbour these thoughts. He is married and we still have that friendly relationship that draw us together when we were smaller. We talk alot and discuss the normal things that friends find interesting. I would encourage you to stop think this way and concentrate on your husband and family life. You have move on and if having a friendship with him will encourage you to have thoughts that are forbidden then it is best to avoid him. Friendship is a great thing but if you are not mature enough to handle it then face the fact and end it. All the best. Kerry

I may sound little harsh but I don't believe in 2nd chances in romantic relationships... That being said, I don't feel anything for any of my exes... Not that I had so many of them but we didn't work out for a reason... No point dragging & carrying on a feeling that have no chance in... When I come across one of my ex, I don't feel a thing anymore... I look at her as a person I once knew, even loved at one point but beyond that, I honestly can't say I still have any feelings left for her... As for the first love, I can't even remember her name or when & where... If I ever end up breaking up with my current girl friend, I hope not, I'm sure I'd go through some tough emotions for a while but in time, I'm sure I'll feel the same way... And it'll come a time that she'd be just another face in a crowd...

although im no longer in love with my first love but everytime our paths cross i still feel nervous and i blushed everytime he smiles at me its like im back to a 13 year old teenager :)

I really have forgot my first love... i was controlling and abusive... So i really don't miss him at all... I really don't have any feeling left for my ex at all.. I have forgot everyone in my past because i got married..

well its true that you cant forget your first love. I had my first love way back in 7th class. I liked a girl alot and even now i have memories. But now i dont like her but still i love that time and the memories. Anyways i was in big trouble when i proposed her . she told parents and then i had to get through great troubles.

I understand you completely. I was coming back from the gym last night and somehow i passed by my first loves house. I was in tears i missd him soo much. I could not tell you what it is, but i can tell you now i see why they call it your first love.
