booger flicker.......!!!!!!

my kids love going to the park, especially the one that has the free water park in it, so i am on my way to their super favorite park, i had to stop at a stop light, just as i finish arguing with my 2 year old about staying in her seat belt, i notice the man in the car beside me digging in his nose....yeah i know....grooooossssss, absolutely grrrooosssss, so i act just like i didnt' see him when he looks my way, probably check to see who saw him performing this grossss act in public....lol, then he dag on flicked the booger out the window......i just know it hit my car, i just know it, but with out proof and my little one's in back i had no right to yell flick your boogers in your own car mister! you pig!!!! yeah, i know maybe a little harsh, but i didn't say it, i just was thinking it real loud!!!...lol would you have said something, and what would you have said?
