sippy cup mania......!!!!!!

woooow!! i just cleaned my cabinet out of almost 11 sippy cup/kid cups, and do you know that i don't think there is one glass in there , i mean a grown up cup.....lol,
i think my husband and i have been enjoying our beverages out of kids cups for the last 3 years......lol talk about roll with the punchs.....lol. my cabinet almost looks bare, though i feel i have accomplished something, i feel a strong urge to buy at least 4 adult size plastic cups......lol
anyone else have sippy cup mainia in there house?

I know what you're talking about. We haven't used an actual glass at home for at least 12 years. Since we have 3 kids and don't do too many formal sit down dinners at home, we use plastic cups. The kids have a wide collection of kids cups from fast food places, and we use adult size cups from McDonald's, Burger King, Road Ranger, Dairy Queen, etc.
Plasticware from those places too. 
I have a full set of unopened glasses in the cabinet all set to use when we feel fit.

I don't have sippy cup mania anymore, thank God! It's like they took over my house when we used them. We had hardly any grown up cups. We could never find the lids...or the stoppers would be missing.
The worst part of sippy cups is when they get lost. You know what I mean. Your kids wonders the house with it, and it turns up missing, but you're so busy it doesn't even cross your mind. The next week you're doing some housework and you find that sippy cup that you so lovingly filled with chocolate milk...under the crib/bed. EW!
I definitely don't miss that!
