Does Anyone Else Have This Issue?

I am a member of Testspin and they send me invitations for surveys quite a bit...however, I am from Canada and each and every survey thus far has told me that I do not live somewhere where I am able to do the survey. Why would they send me the survey in the mail, and why do sometimes the names of the survey have the word "Canada" in the title if I am unable to do them. So frustrating!
