would you rather date someone for there looks or there personality

I rather go for a date with the personality and character then looks that can't express herself, or I'll just get bored and sleep. HAHAHA!

aw the old debate against looks vs. personality. I've got to go with personality as well. I can't see giving all I have to offer to someone who I'm not compatiable with just because he looks good.

Hello again dodgeman:0). I am married but if I were dating, I would rather date someone for their personality. I think people are so quick to judge someone because of the way they look that they are later disappointed because they find out that the beautiful woman or handsome man turned out be something bad. In my book, handsome and/or beautiful doesn't equal nice or good.

Personality - definitely. I always find though that when I am dating someone with a good personality, that shines through and they become better looking to me even if they weren't that good looking to start off with (if that makes any sense!)

personality for sure. Looks are just a bonus. I mean they can be as cute as can be , but have the worst personality , but if they have a great personality an are cute , then the looks to me are just a bonus. Besides who ever you fall in love with to you they are the best looking person around. And to me that is all that matters.
