How about your company? Cost down everyday or not?

The price is increasing all over the world at the being time.so for all company,The price of meterial is expersive compare before,The cost is improve also. How to make the same profit and keep the steady develop is a big problem for all compay in the world,the only way is cost down.
Our company try to make the awareness of cost down nowdays.we have make a lot of rule employee habit to limit the resource be waste.and record all the data everyday so that all people obey it.I think it is a great idea to enhance profit.
and the other way,we have fire several employee who is not importment for compay.and reduce the labour cost.
What about your company?Could you accept it if it is happy around you?

Yes I think all companies are going to have to tighten their belts more with the way the world is, I think the troble with the whole world is there has been tto much waste over many years and now we are all paying for it..
