I'm New to This...

I think this has happened to me too - I believe what happens is if a discussion you responded to gets deleted for violating terms or whatever, then all the posts in it get deleted. It could be a discussion you only replied to and you might have done absolutely nothing wrong in YOUR posts, but if the whole discussion gets deleted then anybody who happened to post a response in it will lose some points off their post count.

hi,may be a discussion which was not according to mylot guidelines got deleted.if you had responded to that discussion,your points also will get automatically deleted.thus your points decreases.sorry for that,have a good day and happy mylotting.

it can be few discussions you started or responded are deleted. mylot does this adjustment many times. so the post number decreases. its not new for me.

It happened to me as as well. I am as clueless as you are though the response above me have given some infos.

oh..i haven't decreased by any points.o i didnt know how to answer this.:) just as when i am now aware to post such nice discussions so that it won't be deleted and all.:) best of luck

It hasnt happened to me yet on here. But, whatI have heard from other on here in mylot is if you have responded to a dicussion and it gets deleated then your posts will go down. Or if a person that you have responded to gets banned from the site everything they hae done gets deleted. So if you ave responded to a discussion of someone who gets banned then your pointed will also go down. Its nothing that you have done or nothing that you have done wrong. I think it just happens sometimes. So dont worry about it too much.
