Most of the time, exercise is a much healthier alternative to diets and pills. The best is diet and exercise.

Hi friend, taking medicines is expensive and dangerous. It can cause side-effects. I have some more weight than i required. So i decided to join gym. Then i started going there. Now i could reduce 7 kg within 7 days. Now i am happy with my body. Thanks..

Hi there!
For me exercise is the best, safest and natural way to loose weight together with proper diet. Diet pills in the long run gives bad effects to our health. Its a risk if you take diet pills.
Exercise is best done in the mornings. Exercising doesn't only aid in loosing weight. We get a lot of benefits in exercising. It helps us to be fit and tone our muscles. It also helps to keep our heart healthy and proper circulation of blood.

Though it would be best to find the right diet plan AND exercise to lose weight, I have been able to lose 88 pounds over the past year by diet alone... no exercise. Partially because I don't like to exercise, partially because I'm stubborn and wanted to prove that you don't have to exercise to lose weight and partially because I have MS and know that most forms of exercise are harder for me to do since my legs get weak and tired very easily.

If you wanna really loose your weight then you need both of them but 80% exercise and only 20% pills (only proteins and vitamins).Exercise is a healthy way to loose your weight combined with necessary dietary habits.According to me the best exercise to loose your weight is running or jogging early in the morning,it helps a lot in loosing weight and also helps to gain the stamina.

Definitely. I mean better eating habits without a doubt will make you lose weight, but in order to keep your self better toned and not have the loose skin that is left after losing alot of weight, you need to exercise...this way it will help to tone your body and give better shape, plus it helps to lose even more weight cuz of burnign the calories.

If you want PERMANENT weight loss, exercise in necessary. Your muscle is what burns fat and the more lean muscle you have, the more calories your body burns all the time.
Of course, eating healthy is just as important. A low calorie diet can cause muscle loss and actually SLOW your metabolism.
Moderation, healthy food, consistency, and balance are the keys to permanent weight loss.
