I am not one to get too upset about the goings on in the wonderful world of myLot. However, I have found a myLotter who copies other people's responses and pastes them as his own in the same discussion. He doesn't do this every time, but sufficiently often to be irritating. He is young and comes from India. Please stop. It isn't big, clever, or funny. Just a pain in the bottom. Has anybody else noticed this type of thing?

I would hope that that would happen as hopefully the one copying and pasting will give up. Eh, I'm not sure.

A lot of the antics I have seen lately are getting a bit to irritating. I can honestly say that I do not have any problem with people that complain - myself included - about the imbeciles here. I really honestly have to say that non english speaking country or not, this guy knows better. I've read through your discussion and noticed that you made a mistake in that he is actually copying the discussion starter's text.
Oh and by the way to lighten the mood of this discussion just a bit - You said Weeny! Lol!
Have a great day P1ke

Yes I figured that there would be quite a difference in definition from where you are in regards to where I am. Well, you can imagine what one of the more risque definitions are but it's also used to mean hot dog or sausage. Heh, I suppose everyone in America get's a chuckle after hearing someone say weanny.

No, I haven't come across this person.
Why don't you send a message to mylot with the links to the particular discussions?
I'm wondering who this person from India is....anyways, I don't think it is anyone in my friend list or maybe it is and I haven't noticed.

I have not notice that, I just saw a discussion about others that have more that one account with mylot to make extra money. I don't know what that is all about but it's not for me. One is enough, I know it had to be a pain trying to flux two accounts and the same time. Trying to comment and start discussions in both. They are either good multi-taskers or crazy.

I have not noticed this, but hey that is not very mylotterish of you whoever you are!! I would be irritated if I came across it. Hopefully whoever it is will see your discussion and take note and stop doing it, and think of his own responses.

Oh!! really? I did not notice that. How come he did that? oh wow!! I don;t even know how to paste things in here... Maybe he is thinking that no body would pay attention of what he is doing? He is just like an actor who needs publicity?

Hi P1kef1sh, I can't say that I have noticed this at all myself but yes it would irritate me, they must have over 500 posts though to be able to copy and paste so should know that this is wrong. Have you commented on one of the responses so that they know they have been sussed? Crazy to do it in the same discussion also. Ellie :D

I haven't, but if I did, I would for sure tell them. If they ignored it and continued, I'd report them.
Why should someone else get paid for what we are writing? That is definitely scamming the system and I'd sure be ticked.

Well, I think myLot administrator must be keen in monitoring things like these and impose proper sanction. It's not just fair to all of us who are making original topics and discussions..
To the concerned person: please be creative and artistic in your own way. WHY ARE YOU COPYING SOME WRONG ANSWERS??!!
Happy posting!

I've run across people like this. I just cross them off my friends list. If you don't have anything to say, don't say it. If you can't be somewhat original, leave and get a life.

Lol, how stupid.
Maybe he can't type English that well. . . ?
I've never noticed this before, maybe because I'm new here. Lol.
But, I'll be on the look out.

Well, I hadn't noticed that problem here until I read on one of your posts that someone had been doing it. I have come across that problem before when I was on 'Yahoo Answers', it is rather annoying and makes the poster look like a complete idiot, at least someone who answers with, "I'm sorry, but I don't know" has some form of individuality. What I usually do if I notice that kind of behaviour is, I press the ! which is normally on the right of the posting, that informs MyLot that their is a problem, that's the best thing to do really.

I haven't but I'm not very observant but I have seen other comments from people who have noticed. As far as I know this is against the MyLot rules so be patient, report him and wait for him to be deleted.

hi pikey yes I did and I wondered how long before mylot'deletes the discussions because of that. hope he is reading this, 'and
realizes that its against mylot rules. good heavens, young like
that he should have enough moxie to think up his own original'
responses. He must not be too smart or he would realize
that we all notice this.If we notice sooner or later mylot'is going to notice it too. and then. oh my.
