What is the funniest reason given to you by someone over existance of god ??

Personally, i have nothing against existance of 'God' and since this topic is almost always introduced in a meeting of people who dont know each other, there are some pretty dramatic and amazing arguments i have heard in the discussion of such a nature. My personal favourite is, 'Well, we dont see air, but it exists.' Now this particualr reasoning i never understood, but i decide to stay quiet whenver it is raised :P .. but its sure sounds to me as absurd. What about you ?? .. Have u heard any similar funny logics about existance of almighty??

Err.. I have nothing against religion. Lol. Many of my friends are Christains and I always hear from them the same thing, that God exist and God sent his only son to die for us on the cross. Of course, being a non-believer, I would defend with my point of view, and that is in the scientific way saying that there is no proof and all that that God exist. And they would be telling me that they believe because the Bible says so *shrugs*. There are just so many religions and books published on the different religions that I just do not know what to believe. However, when challenged with that, they would claim that the others are all fake as God says that they are the only true God and thou shall not worship other fake gods. Well, to me, it's to each their own, and of course I respect their religion and would never say anything bad about what they believe. And besides, even discussing this in Mylot would cause offence to a lot of people and I truely believe that my ratings will drop. Lol =D

Lol, too true. I dont challenge someone's faith or say bad things about their religion only because i know even if it is something i cant believe in, it does not mean i cannot respect it, and in return i ask being respected as a curious skeptic and a learner. I myself havent found anything convincing enough that they say or that has been said earlier that can put away all my doubts. But its fun hearing what sort of weird reasonings people can come up with. Thanks ;)
