Why I don't see my pic when I make a new discussion, but I see it if I respond to a message? Thank for helping me..I'm quiet fresh hier...lol

Do you mean when you make a reply or create a discussion? You can not do that yet. You have to reach 500 posts before you can upload photos to discussions. Right now you have only 165.
Don't worry you will reach that in no time. Then after you reach 500 posts, you will see on the left hand side towards the bottom of the text box, a blue, "add an image" button.
