How long does it take you to take a tub bath?? Just curious it takes my sis at least an hour and 15 minutes. That's just too long in my opinion. She stays in the bathroom and we only have one so that creates a big problem for us. How long does it normally take you?

I don't bathe much i shower and that takes about 15 minutes. If i do take a bath, my turtles are with me and it takes a while becaues i let them soak and swim.

For a shower..I take no more than five minutes. but for a bath, once the water is in there anyway..who cares about time? Fifteen minutes is short. Baths are to realx in!

I can take a bath, shampoo and dry my hair, and get dressed in about 15 to 20 minutes. If there was someone else in the house waiting for the bathroom, I could take a bath, shampoo my hair, wrap in a towel in 7 to 10 minutes, even when I'm dawdling. I could never understand people who habitually stay in tub that long. Once in a while after a long hectic day just to soak out the tension I can see, but not as a regular occurrence. Of course I have short hair, and shampooing it and getting it rinsed is much faster that doing long hair, but not 45 minutes worth!

Yes, it can cause a problem when you only have one bathroom and other people need to use the shower or tub. Over an hour in a tub seems like way too long. Of course I like to relax in a tub once in a while for about twenty to thirty minutes at the maximum. I think that in your case you should be able to share the bathroom at normal intervals of time. There has to be some more consideration on your sibling's part.
