Who Do You Like To Travel With?

When traveling who do you like to have go with you? Your Spouse? Your Friends? Your Family? By Yourself? Someone Else? Do you prefer traveling in a large group or with just one other person or just by yourself? Personally, I haven't had very many family vacations and I'm not sure if I'd want to travel the world with my siblings lol. When I've been traveling, it has usually been in a group of people. The first time was with People To People Student Ambassadors. I really didn't know anyone who I went with. The second time was with my school's Spanish Club. That time a couple of my friends went and it was more fun getting to experience that with people I know. I have a cousin who has done a lot of traveling, too. I think it would be so much fun to travel with her. She and I have similar interests (like art and architecture) and so I think we'd want to visit a lot of the same places and attractions. I think it'd be fun for just her and I to visit another country and have a good adventure.

Since I'm always busy, I tend to shrink my week long vacation to two short days. So most of the time the itinerary is fixed and the schedule is hectic. So I have to be with a person who's as active and as snappy as I am. Good thing is that my best friend seems to be one, that's why most of the time, we spend our outings and trips together. Never ceased to have fun though..^^

It's good that your friend is like you and can keep up with a fast paced vacation. It would be bad to travel with someone who couldn't keep up or that would complain about the pace. One of my trips was very jam packed and I know how hectic it can be. But it's nice to get all of the things in that you want to do.

I like to travel alone most of all. That way I can choose my destinations, my accommodation and activities whilst away. These days I have to travel with my toddler son and this means carrying more luggage and having hassle with his pushchair. Sometimes our accommodation is upstairs and this is challenging for me on my own. I have traveled with my ex-husband and later with my ex-boyfriend. I had a fairly nice traveling with my ex-husband because he was keen on travel and we had similar ideas. However traveling with my ex-boyfriend was troublesome because he was scared of insects and liked luxury accommodation not budget places to stay.

I really haven't gotten to travel alone. Part of me wants to for various reasons, like being able to create my own itinerary and the adventure and the feeling of the fact that I CAN do it on my own. It also seems it could be a bit scary if it's a place where I don't speak the language. I'm sure traveling with a toddler is difficult! It is nice, though, that your son is getting the chance to learn to love traveling at a young age.

I usually travel with my spouse, but I ahve traveled with my sister and my son before. I think it is more fun to go to a destination w ith someone than to go by yourself. I like going places with people to share things with. It is a more interesting and enjoyable experience that way.

It is nice to have others with you to share your experiences. It's also nice to just have that time to spend with family. You get to spend some quality time away from the stresses of home.

I think you have to travel with someone that has the same tastes and same speed as you do. I am great to travel with, I make friends, love to dance and go to places, all becomes a Disney to me! Now I would travel as I did before with my husband, he is cool to travel with, and some friends that are in the same speed as I am!

Traveling with someone who has the same tastes and speed is good. It makes the trip so much more enjoyable. One of my trips to Europe was too fast paced. I wasn't really able to enjoy or absorb all the cool places I'd been to.

I've never traveled abroad with family either. It is nice when you're with family or a group to not have to be the one to worry about accommodations and transportation. Someone else can do it for you that way.

I'm not much of a romantic lol. I'm sure when I've found love with someone then maybe I'd find travel with that person enjoyable. Hopefully you will find the right person to enjoy some romantic destinations!
