Just try this seriously. thats all .you can do some exercises in that night or play some sports, by doing these you will definitely get sleep early. If you sleep early, you will get up early.

My husband also has a hard time getting to bed at night and he needs to get up early for work every morning during the week. Somehow he manages it.
I wonder if you are drinking too much caffeine throughout the day. That could be a source of your problem. Try to go to bed the same time every night and start a routine of it. I think having a television in the bedroom is also not a good idea, if you happen to have it there. Maybe even a warm bath an hour or so before retiring to bed. Good luck.

Dear Prashnth, i dont know your life style. I am just telling you some general tips. It may be helpful to you. First of all stop drinking coffee or tea after 6 pm. Stop smoking if you are a smoker after 6 pm. Then listen to some slow and melodious songs when you are going to bed. I do all the above and one more thing i am doing when my head is thinking a lot when i am going sleep. So i will start counting numbers starting from zero in mind. Before i reach 100 i will be in deep sleep. Try this. All the best.
