Does anyone have a no-scam site to make money for paypal to refer me to?

Hey MyLot, I was wondering as I found out that Moola is a site that only sends checks and is somewhat unreliable, I now want a new way to make money fairly fast. I will be a referral for whoever can give me the name of a site that you can make money off of in less than a month and easily, it is not a scam (prove it), it pays in paypal, and it has a low cashout rate. I will sign up under someone and be active, so just tell me the site, give me your link, and I will sign up and make some cash! :)
