I just cant sleep unless i get tired. Recently i've been running off of no sleep at all, hitting maybe 2-5 max hours a night. At the moment its 3am, and im not even feeling the slightest tired.
Whats your NORMAL bedtime? or When do you usually fall asleep? It's so random for me, up's n downs, sometimes its 12am, but sometimes its 6am. It really messes up my plans for the day.
So anyone got any tips for winding down and getting myself drowsy? It'd be much appreciated.
Thanks.

I personally have been living this way for the past 10 years, I will only get about 2- 4 hours asleep a night. I have not found anything that really has helped me to unwind yet. sometimes i drink out tea to see if that helps me but it has not yet.

I have the same problem. My bedtime is so erratic and lately when I go to bed, it takes 2-4+ hrs before I finally fall asleep. This doesn't happen all the time, but it keeps coming back for over a year now. So if someone out there can help, it'd be much appreciated. Thanks!
