There was a cake left after my birthday party. I ate the whole cake up after guests had left. Afterwards I went out, bought another cake and I gorged myself with it. Why do I never satisfied? My guests were well satisfied after one or two slices? Any advice?

hey, better be watchful with eating so much sweets my dear friend. you gotta get something to deal with food that has a different taste. i understand that there are really so much people who consume too much sugar from the only recommended daily value which in the long run has adverse effects on the body when we get older. one of which is the susceptibility of developing an adult onset diabetes mellitus which happens to have a lot of complications should your blood sugar level gets uncontrolled over time. so, just a piece of words, better be careful not to get so much in excess, okay? take care and live healthy!

I see no problem with this one. obviously cakes must be your favorite and you were hungry and emotionally charged up and devoured it. Quite understandable.
Do you do this otherwise aswell, I mean under normal condition??

actually, i like your attitude, i wanted to gain weight but i cant because i kinda hate (not really hate but its like i don't like eating that much) eating. Good for you if you really like eating, well, God Bless on that, go ahead and satisfy yourself with what really makes you feel happy or like comfortable.^^

I think your eating is emotional, lot of eating are emotional.Say NO to that kind of snacking, just pop a mint and take a walk or listen to music etc..Pay attention to hunger pain, don't eat when you are not hungry.I wish you all the best keep healthy and cheers..
