If you want to be happy, should you also think of others happiness? I mean, if your being happy costs unhappiness for other persons, would you still do things that make you happy? Some people say that if other people really care, they would be happy if you're happy. But what if their not?

It highly depends on the characters of each person and how they define "happiness".
From my observation, selfish people are more happy than those that are not selfish. Selfish people will just care for himself/herself and do everything that makes himself/herself happy. He/She just need to take care of one person - himself/herself.
Pity to say that my boyfriend is one of the example. He will do or spend anything for himself, no matter if I'm happy or not. The important thing is "He's happy". He even ask me to be selfish a bit and treat myself better.
