if she dont take you seriously, send her letter and tell her all about your feelings. why not try giving her flowers she might think that you are really serious. if she really like you she will say yes. just be sure that she really cares for you.

hi, maybe sh needs to be counsel she might be problem on that, that even her doesn't know why does things happen. Or maybe she's in the stage that finding decision of the relationship works or not.

ummm...maybe sunnyjassi,your friend is afraid that you just proposed to her because she knows you are aware of her feeling for you.she may be in-love you but she is also smart and clever enough to be careful in dealing her feelings for you to avoid getting hurt at the end.maybe,what you should do..is make her feel you like her too.sometimes,words are not enough.you have to put it into actions.she may not seeing or feeling your special feeling for her too.try to be more showy,and expressive as much as possible.most importantly,treat her how an in-love guy treat a woman..not as a friend you used to be when you are with her.hope this may help ya one way or another...goodluck!..heaps!
