Can you send money to a pre- paid card?

I assume you are talking about payout here, there is paypal and alertpay that is all that you can get paid on Mylot, and then you have to tie it to a bank account to get it out of paypal, with out having a paypal account then the money is useless, it just sets in your account, I did not want to attach it to my bank account but i want my pay for what i do on here.
