what gifts do you like from China?

I'm going to Cape Town in Sept. to visit my friend there. It's my first time to Cape and want to buy some gifts to his wife and three boys, but I have still no idea. If you were me, what gifts would you buy for his family? If you were him, what presents you'd like to receive from China?

Perhaps a traditional Chinese handed crafts will be a good gift. Besides, some traditional Chinese food like dried mushroom will be also another choice. I love China

every body like expensive ones,you can buy some expensive gifts to your friend's family,i think they will very happy when they see their expensive gifts,and will friendly to treat you.
