accusing someone without evidence

Have you ever feel like you have this kind of strong feeling, so strong.. that someone is doing something wrong towards you, it could be a cheating, or a backstabbing, or anything...
you just can feel it, and you know that the feeling is right, and you are so sure that you're right, but the problem is... you don't have any evidence. You can't proof it. You can't bring the facts that support your feeling.
What can you do?

yes.some times i have the same feeling as you.but i can't do anything,just try my best to protect myself from being hurt.

i've felt this way before. like knowing someone wronged me before but got no proof. it's a very ugly feeling coz u cant do anything about it and no one believes u.
so if i'm u and tht happens, i'll keep my mouth shut. but i wil investigate.

I am a hardworking employee before.
My boss is fine. But her treatment to me
changes. I suspected that what i heard from
other co-workers that she is going to place
in my position a relative of hers, is all true.
I resigned from my job because the atmosphere
is already not in my favor. One week later, a new
girl was hired to fill my position, one of her
relatives.
