What would you do if you'll see a kid sniffing rugby?Known to be "rugby boys".

It is one of the problems in our country nowadays because some children here is sniffing rugby.. They are the young boys without a family usually those in the streets.. One day when i pass the street I've seen a group of young boys who do that.. I don't know if there are concerned citizens to help them..They are just begging for money and buy rugby.. As we all know rugby contains chemicals that can be harmful to our body organs especially our brains..

There are lot's of rugby boy roaming in our street.
They look pathetic. There goes the young generation
some of them are wasted already, facing a future so
dark. How and why did it happen? Who's to blame? So
many question yet so little answer.
