Mylot has another option than paypal, you can use and sign up for free via moneybookers. Check out some related discussion here on that and also for mylot's FAQs. I think there is a larger charge with moneybookers and it takes a long time compared to paypal, if you are in the Philippines, you can have a paypal account through the Union Bank called EON account. hi, as I found out, having a bank account is enough. Paypal will send a 4-digit code to the bank for your use in the online verification at paypal.com to complete the account setup. Cheers :)

hi carlol, i think mylot provide two option for payment method: paypal and moneybookers. so you can use moneybookers instead of paypal.
