Today is Particularly Preposterous Packaging Day

Ever purchased something and then asked yourself - how do I open this?
Well today highlights the problem with the predominately preposterous packaging we’ve all encountered. Bulletproof plastic? What moron thought of that? Enquiring minds want to know - why?
Between the packaging, the little plastic wires that hold things in the package, and the the plastic ties that you need wire cutters to clip open it's enough to drive you CRAZY!!!!!
I know they have a pair of scissors or cutters out now that will open anything. I really need to get a pair and hide in my kitchen, away from the girls.

Ah, Particularly Preposterous Packaging Day. Of course, I've heard of that holiday. Hasn't everyone??
I feel like a child when I can't open those plastic bubble packs that just about everything is packed in these days. I have a pink tool kit in the dining room sideboard drawer that has scissors and one of those sharp edge razor thingies that I can break off the razor edge for a fresh, sharp edge when necessary. I love that thing! It has helped me get in to a number of Particularly Preposterous Packages.
