career plan ~ i need some advise

Having been worked for a company for more than 3 years,i start to think whether should i make a change of my career now. after guraduated from college,i speed 3 years working on material controy department , i feel so bad about what i deal with now ,endless accounting,the complete rate of product and sime-product plan,follow up the process, safely storage,and so on. half year before, i was thinking about my career cautionsly,and i figuer out that is not what i wanted. so i moved on to another subject,Sales department maybe the next job i want to join in. so CIP,FOB occupy my mind and i need more time to adapt and get more informations and skills to qualify the job, i was not sure if i can survive from harsh enviornment,world economy declined slowly,the cost raise recently,a lot of challenges stand front me. i am not sure whether it is a right time to have a change rightnow,though my accounting work still under control and the company lie on me a little bit. do u ever have this problem before, what is the point helping u make the final decision,every choice is hard to deal. wish here from all of u~
