from both of these paypal or alertpay which one not want cerdit card ? now i m opening a acc in paypal but they ask my cerdit card no. . but i dnt have any cerdit card.guide me...... is alert pay dnt want cerdit card?

if i am not mistaken, both asks for a credit card for your account verification. there are some banks that offer virtual credit cards. i think you can use them for your account verification. thanks. cheers. happy mylotting. :)

after opening acc, is biling will sent to mailing address ? if receive amount from mylot thru paypal , then paypal how dedect thier comission in that amount or sent bill to my mailing address?
