My insomnia is very bad i can't get on a sleeping schedule like i would like to. I go to sleep at night and am up about 3 hours later. So i just get my laptop post on mylot until i get sleepy agian which usually doesn't happen.

Try some warm milk. It helps me. If you have a lot on your mind, it will prevent sleep. Try relaxing with a book or soft music an hour before bedtime.
