PHP will be another java?

PHP is very popular recent years,could it be another Java?

Considering over half of all windows applications are written in Java, I don't see PHP getting that big. Java is very user friendly, and useful. PHP can only be used on web pages, this means it's pretty limited.

Yes it could be as big as java, but there are some obstacles in its way like jsp and asp. Still it is very big, I hope that it becomes as big as java because I am currently learning php.
