You can not just get people signing up under you here on mylot, thats not the game, if you want someone to get someone to sign up under you, you too have to sign up under him in one of his sites. In that way all of you will try your best to be active or your best to be inactive. I suggest you try some traffic exchanges and forums to get referrals for your sites, i got a couple of sites and you could sure check them out from my profile.
