Yes, I forget my BEST friend's birthday almost every year. I'm always embarrassed & she always forgives me. I've known her for 56 years & have NO clue why I can't seem to remember her birthday. My sister-in-law's birthday is a month later on the same date & I sometimes just get the 2 mixed up. That is still NO excuse. Now that I have Outlook email proggy, I'm doing better as I have a reminder set up in it. I'm also a member of bluemountain.com & they email me a reminder every year. So I am doing better,; but would I remember without these aids....I doubt it!!!

i think that is very bad of u. u mean u forgot the birthday of ur best friend , its not fair. it means u dont care about ur friend. that is what i can never forget. the other time their was a complain from people that i did not know my friends house. and its very bad. up till today i did not know my friends house but i think he understands with me due to the nature of my job, but for his birthday i can never forget that.

I did forget my sister birthday one time.My husband and I were on vacation and we were having so much fun that I forgot to call her and wish her a happy birthday. The next day I did call her and told her happy late birthday. My sister said that was ok that I forgot about it.

Kate, I have forgotten birthdays of my best friend...I've even forgotten my own sister's wedding anniversary. It was bad and I felt so terrible about it. I even forgot to call my little sister on her birthday this year and when I finally called her I lied to say that my phone had been disconnected. But in the long run my friend forgot my birthday and since I forgot hers we both mutually forgave each other. My little sister forgave me, too...she's my sister :D LOL!!! Thanks for the post :D

Yea. It happened to me a few times. Thank goodness, I always remember near midnight. There was once I confused a friend's birthday with another friend's birthday. I messaged her Happy Birthday but she never replied me. I found it weird. On her actual day, I suddenly remembered that I got it wrong and messaged her to apologize and wish her Happy Birthday again. She replied and said, "I'm waiting for you to find out".
