Enjoying the opening ceremony of the Olympics or mylotting still!

Hi Everyone! Just a thought where will most people, fellow mylotters be on the night of the opening ceremony of the Olympics and the days after that. Will you still be here mylotting and enjoying the event or take a break from here instead. I wish I could do both and multitask . Anyone taking leave or really be there for the event, that will be interesting to know Will be great if those who are attending the event would share the experience So what have you plan on that day onwards? Thank you for sharing.

I watched the opening ceremony in my army camp.. lol =D The opening ceremony is not as nice and exciting as i expected it to be, instead it's too boring for me.. haha

I heard that from the middle of the ceremony, almost near to the end, is quite nice and beautiful and thsoe are the parts that i have missed.. haha

Hello! I missed the opening and I missed myLotting for that day. LoL. I was busy with our schoolpaper. Haha. But last night I managed to take a glimpse of the olympics and a few posts on myLot. Hehe. Multi-tasking is great. Hehe!

It's great to have some distractions like this when doing some workand more so on assignments....Goshhh...school paper, been ages I have done that. I slept through anyway while mylotting..lol...was just too tired after work. Have fun posting!

Hi Desierra, time goes by rapidly and this discussion was started before the grand summer Beijing Olympic opening ceremony three weeks back. Tonight the splendid closing ceremony of Beijing Summer Olympic games will be held at 8 pm in the National Outdoor Stadium. Of course there might be another amazing and attractive performance shown on the coming grand ceremony . I believe the dramatic highlight of the finale would be the extinguishing of the Olympic flame at the top of the stadium. London will be the host of the 2010 Olympic Summer Games. I’m looking forward to the cheerful ceremony tonight. posting and cheers.

Hi, I'll still be here, going online, doing myLot with the TV on. Olympics doesn't affect me much, not like World Cup. I seriously watched all my favourite teams and the crucial matches, even though they played at crazy times like 2 or 3am. I even took leave for the finals!. However, I won't be doing this for Olympics.

Hie Bee, yes, I have been there with teary eyesbut not till the extend of taking leave though and not really so craze about the football. I did try to do some postings but I was so sleepy ended up I didn't watch the opening ceremony either. Well! Guess I will catch them later online. Cheers and have a good weekend.
